Shipping Policy (remedies)

All our remedy products are well wrapped in tin foil and bubble wrap. We use Courier Post courier bags for smaller orders (up to 3 or 4 items) or Parcel Post  boxes for larger orders.

All posted items are trackable. We don’t use “signature required” delivery, so items can be sent to a PO Box. There is an added cost for rural delivery.

If you have specific requirements concerning delivery, please notify us at the point of sale so we can make sure the courier or postie knows what to do with your parcel, as long as the request is reasonable, and within delivery protocols.

Most deliveries are within 5 working days throughout NZ. In the event that your item does not arrive within that time, you will be able to track it's progress. Generally we will give you the relevant tracking details with your order, but if this has been overlooked, you can contact us for the details, if required.

Refunds and Returns Policy  (remedies)

Please take care when placing your order. We cannot accept returns for a refund if you make an error in what you have ordered. This is because the formulas are vibrational in their nature, (please refer to "Taking Care of Your Remedies" ) which makes them very sensitive to electronic frequencies and vibration eg cell phones, computers, scanning devices, electronic key rings, etc. Therefore it is not ethical or safe for us to on sell a returned, unused item, as we cannot guarantee the remedies will be effective to a new customer. 

Please ensure you store the product according to the instructions included with the packaging. We cannot replace or refund the item once it has been opened and used, or stored incorrectly.

We are happy to refund or replace if there is a problem with the remedy itself : If the seal is broken, if the contents are less than 3/4 of the bottle full, if the bottle is broken. Please contact us to discuss any issues.

We use reputable courier services (both Courier Post and NZ Parcel Post), and ensure the items are well packaged for as safe a delivery as possible. We cannot 100% guarantee the safe arrival  of your item but are happy to refund or replace, if there has been any accidental damage outside of yours or our control.

Refund or Return Policy (for supplements)

Please take care when placing your order. We cannot accept returns for a refund if you make an error in what you have ordered. All care is taken to ensure the products are in sealed, unbroken bags or other containers (eg glass bottles), and well packaged for courier transport / delivery. If the product arrives to you in a damaged state (damaged packaging) we will happily refund or replace. Please provide proof (eg a photo) of damage if this is an issue.
